- In the unlikely event that your Peekaboo Bubba product is faulty or simply does not fit your product then Peekaboo Bubba will replace, credit or refund your product. We must be notified and the product must be returned within 7 days.
- Please be aware that initial shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refunded amount.It is your responsibility to pay postage on return items within the 7 day period.
- Only postage costs on faulty items will be refunded.
- Please choose carefully as no refunds or exchanges will be given for wrong products or fabrics ordered.
- No refunds will be given after 24 hours after the order and payments are made for made to order items, or if the order has already been posted or has been started to be made for you.
- Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns if you have used the products.
- Please choose your items carefully as refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind.
- Exchanged items will be posted within 48 hours of receiving the original product back, unless the replacement product needs to me custom made for you, then this will take between 2-4 weeks turn around time.
